Sunrise Dance is an Apache blessing ceremony when a young woman makes her transition into womanhood. Usen "God" made us all able to grow, evolve, especially through hardships.
 
She is painted with corn pollen in 4 directions, while she says a prayer for her family and everything around her. A lot of preparation goes into these ceremonies, to celebrate all creation since the beginning. Women are our blessings, our teachers, our love, and our strength.
